Positive Widal test indicates presence of Typhoid antibodies, which can be due to infection in the past and may not be due to the present infection. Presence of sugar in the urine is suggestive of Diabetes, which needs to be confirmed by a Glucose Tolerance Test. In your case the fever may be due to Urinary Tract Infection.
Next Steps
Physician opinion, Lab tests including Blood and Urine culture.
