Typhoid problem
Age 3yrs 2 months....160 salmonella typhi is there....what diet should be followed , when it will get cured and when to take the next blood test that typhoid is present or not there in the body.plz answer....thank u

I presume your child is getting the required antibiotics for Typhoid fever. Generally it takes more than five days for the fever to come down. You can give simple home made food , which he normally eats at home. Avoid oily and spicy food.
If the diagnosis was right , there is no need to repeat the tests after fever has subsided.
