Typhoid with vomiting
My wife is having fever for almost a month now. Current temperature ranges from 98.3 to 99. A week before she was diagnosed with typhoid. First one was 1:160 and the second one 1:320. Doctor prescribed done 1 GM twice via injection for 5 days, Migace p twice when fever comes and multivitamin along with gas medicine. Earlier her fever used to be around 99 to 99.5 but now it ranges from 98.3 to 99, usually higher in afternoon. Now she is having vomiting everyday. Is this Vomiting due to antibiotics? Also she has weakness. Which food should be taken?

Go for covid test and other blood test. Typhoid antigen have cross reactivity so false positive chances are high

May be there are many cases of false positive widal titres . But rising titres is significant rather than single one.
Consultation is needed to rule out other infective pathology.
