Typhoid with weakness
Hi I am having lot of pain in my lower side legs so and my widal test was typh H 1:320 .I don't have fever and only weakness ,aslo I have little gastric issue since 2-3 months .do I need to get hospitalized and take rest . please suggest..

Widal test is positive suggestive of enteric fever.As symptoms r less severe,u can take Ciprofloxacin tab 500mg bd fr 7 days along wt paracetamol 500mg sos
