Typical fever once a year
Hello, I have been suffering from a typical fever, my body temperature goes to some point (can feel heat more than normal temp) which makes me bit tired (not much). The most annoying thing is that this is happening only in  evening time until midnight on daily. I had this same problem last year (2017) from September to November. I consulted a doctor last year, he prescribed some medicine and told me that this is due to marriage tension (got married last November), thought it was usual for anyone in wedding hype... But I'm experiencing the same kind of feeling this year... Its just started a week before.. not sure what it is... Please help me to know my problem
