Hi My father have type 2 dibetese and his suger level 240 & after lunch 280. His UACR level is 100. Please suggest is it reversible?? Thanks in advance

Uacr 100 means slightly increased proteinuria. Indicates sugar related damage to kidneys. Good news is, it's very early stage. You need to talk to a nephrologist and adjust your medications to include medicines which can decrease Uacr.
