Painful ulcer at the back of tongue on left side from around 1 week with pain while eating and intermittent left ear pain

You may be suffering from apthous ulcer of the posterior part of the tongue with referred ear pain. Usually it is a self resolving condition and you may need to take simple pain killers for symptomatic pain relief
