1.need more detail like durion of pain.site of pain.freauency of pain.agravating factor 2.is biospy taken from ulcer.if yes what is biopsy reports 3.any blood investigations like complete blood count.liver function test.ESr and C reactive proten 5.what is the Cect report. 6.what is the x ray of chest report? 7.is monuntox test done or not 8.any histrory of weight loss.anorexia.loss of appetite. 9.any bleeding per rectum
