I've a ulcer ( same thing like mouth ulcers) on my balls, which is painful. And it also occured a year ago. Why is this happening. Is it harmful. How it will be cured.

This problem is due to local infection. Take antibiotics orally twice daily up to five days. Apply antiseptic cream locally thrice daily. Wash with antiseptic solution locally on affected area.
