Abdominal pain and cramps,frequent diarrhea,bloody stool, iam facing these problems from one year please give me complete deteils about ulcerative colitis

You have ulcerative proctosigmoiditis based on the colonoscopy report done previously. Kindly follow the medicines ( oral + enema) as advised by your Gastroenterologist.  This is a chronic inflammatory condition involving your large intestine and you need to be on long term treatment and follow up with your Gastroenterologist who will adjust the doses of medicines as per your clinical condition and reports
