Ulcers on lips due to Tobacco use, osmf
I m diognosed as OSMF III due to Tobacco chewing since 5 years. With patches and bands inside the cheeks Entire month is burning. Lot of mouth watering happening and dry mouth . Now lip lower,  ulcers very rapoidly growing very big round in shape uppish and transperent. Upper lips started ulceration pointed and flat.having pain. I solicit any medicine that completely heal the ulcer in toto. Most likely malignancy is anticipated. So any  medicine that heal the ulcer is solicitrd middle.also upper lip  since 15 days
