Ulcers on tongue and mouth wall

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Dear Dr, It's been 2 days ulcers on my lower part of tongue and on my inner mouth walls hasn't come down. It's very uncomfortable, unable to have food as anything I eat feels very spicy. I applied Dologel- ct and have taken b complex capsules however there is no significant improvement.
