Ulcers & swelling in mouth for last 4-5 days. It started with just pain on left hand side of mouth, slowly ulcers started developing. not able to eat, now even feverish.

Take multivitamin tablet a to z once daily after meal for 15 days, it should help u, in case the ulcer lasts for more then 3 weeks den visit a nearby dentist & get it diagnosed.

hello,
you need to consult a physician for viral fever. ulcers can be treated by adding a pinch of baking soda in water and rinsing with it. you need to take antibiotics and Vitamin B supplements if required.
The ulcers could be regular apthous ulcers or herpetic ulcers.
Generally takes one week to 15 days for healing.
Some gels ,prescribed by the doctor can be applied to give u symptomatic relief.
Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic to area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk . have lot of fruits and vegetables ..Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
