Hello........ Heart beat is detectable in Doppler ultrasound at 10 weeks of pregnancy... Comparing beta hcg level  and ultrasound gives clarity on the status.. Do repeat test and good radiologist wil  interpret the scan  report..  Consult gynaecologist in  nearest hospital.
