ULTRASOUND ANALYSIS
Ultrasound reports suggests , single loop of chord around foetal neck, placenta is right lateral and not low lying grade 3 with marginal calcifications thickness 39mm, liquor just adequate , afi 10 cm, intrauterine gestation with a single live foetus with mean gastetional age of the foetus is 37 weeks. So could you please suggest as per the current report whether any complications exists and can we expect the normal delivery now as the due date is around 28th see. Thanks very much for your response.

Hello. Yr report is normal . One loop of cord doesn't make any problem.  But the consideration is that about yr pelvis adequacy and yr cervical score at the time of 40 wks pregnancy if all parameters r in favour u can go for trial and induction of labour hope for the best and in my opinion also if u didn't get the pain at time of completion and induction is fail i will say cesarean section is one the the safe method for u and and for baby also to avoid unnecessary stress during normal delivery trial..
