You can consult a gynaecologist atleast online .discuss all the queries, know about dos and donts atleast.start folic acid supplements and ofcourse a prescription for usg in early pregnancy.in this covid situation it is not safe but with all precautions it’s ok if needed.but definitely the exposure should be minimal and with ball precautions

If you hv not done any ultrasound till date no issues... However try to do NT/NB scan at least at 11 to 13 weeks ...At the same time you can also do blood test which are needed at the time of pregnancy... a lot of private hospitals are open in Delhi ... also teleconsultation options are available with most of the hospitals

Take an appointment with a fetal medicine specialist at 12 weeks to get the nt scan done and check viability, number, placenta, growth, development etc. Go at fixed time to ensure minimum exposure, and quickly out... Go to a dedicated scan clinic at a maternity Hospital like rainbow/ la femme/ apollo cradle to minimise exposure to different types of patients
