What is the difference between Utrasound and Sonography And can Ultrasound be wrong in identifying pregnancy after 5 months of intercourse. If occurs? Want to be sure that I'm not pregnant

They are the same. No it wouldnt be wrong at 5 months. By 5 months if pregnancy has occured the fetus would even start moving (quickening). Usg would definitely diagnose it at that age. For more guidance take a personal instant consultation.  Hope that helps.
