Hello There. I can understand your concern. since this is a issue which is a week old she should not ignore it further and consult a general surgeon in person. as of now she can take a cap. pan-L once day half an hour before food. avoid oily and spicy foods, drink Electral . kindly consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. She needs to follow a healthy diet. Avoid spicy foods, oily foods, outside junk foods, tea, coffee, sweets, sugars as much as possible. Have 4-5 short meals per day, instead of three big meals. Also drink plenty of water in between meals and little water during meals. She can take pantoprazole dsr 40mg once in the morning half hour before your breakfast for one week. Sometimes stress can also trigger gastritis. So let her try relaxation methods like yoga or meditation. Also do not starve for too long. If this doesn't give you relief then consult a general physician or surgeon for further evaluation.

It will be better to consult your family physician. However in the mean time you may take Tab Pantocid DSR twice a day and tab Metrogyl 400mg three times a day. I will still suggest you first consult your family physician.
