Unable to change mindset
I have some fixed mindset opinion about everything related to me. For eg i think all people around me are headache and cause me stress. Girls are headache and i don't want to get into any relationship to avoid unnecessarily headache privacy space etc. My parents say i need to give away negative thinking and change mindset to live else it Wil be difficult to survive. I don't fear death just i can't live like this. I feel happy when I am alone, like to use laptop mobile tv, do cooking etc but i get sick if i am with someone. I am unable to change mindset, it is getting fixed in my head. I have no desire of sex flirt talking with anyone. I enjoy peace when I am alone at home. How to change fixed mindset like parents say i need to change. I went to Psychiatrist but it didn't work. How to avoid headache dizziness when i am with people and women etc
