Unable to fix the retainers.
I am unable fix the retainers given to me by myself, it gets lossened up eventually. Can u suggest a method doc, to fix it up myself?

Removable Retainers are of different types. If its a Hawley’s plate and you are not able to fixit yourself,visit your nearest dentist and get it adjusted.
