Hi, You may be suffering from agnimandya (low digestive fire) which is responsible for constipation & pain in lower abdomen. This condition is also cause lower uptake of nutrients from diet which results in body emaciation (low weight). Complete history, dosha & prakriti analysis will help in accurate diagnosis.
To increase digestive capability you need to follow some dietary advice & medicines.
Dont teat bakery products, fermented foods like idli-dosa, junk-fast food.
Also avoid horse gram, oily,spicy, fried food.
Avoid drinking water immediately after meal, instead drink water 45 minutes after meal.
Avoid day sleeping,
Dont eat food while you are not hungry.
Include more dietary fibres in your diet- vegetables, salad etc.
You can try taking gandharva HAritaki churna 4 to 5 gm with warm water in night for constipation.
