Unable to last long in bed

Doctor, I'm a 30 year old male who is struggling with intercourse. I'm struggling to sustain myself for longer durations during sex. I ejaculate very soon and this is now causing problems in my relationship with my partner. I don't know if it's of any help but I had never experienced sex before until with my current partner. What could be the possible causes for this problem? How can I remedy my situation? Please help me. Regards
