Unable to move freely due to a mark
I am in extreme pain since last 3 days. I am unable to even move freely. I have a mark on my right outside upper thigh just below my waist. It started 3 days back. I felt some pain so I checked and thought it must be something that may have bitten me. So tried to check if there is something on the spot that I can pull out. I was not able to find anything. Now it has turned into a yellowish mark on the main spot circled by Blue or black color bigger circle around that area. The skin at that area has become tight. When I touch the area it is extremely painful. Do I need to visit a doctor- dermatologist? Please suggest what should I do?

It's hair folliculitis..Pus..Need immediate antibiotics....... Do direct online consultation by sending more clear photos, otherwise meet me at my clinic, for accurate diagnosis and treatment
