Unable to pull back foreskin (13 y/o)
I am 13, and I am having trouble fully pulling back my foreskin. This makes it impossible to clean under the foreskin. Is this normal?

From the complaints which have mentioned it looks like you are suffering from phimosis.
Avoid forceful retraction of prepuce
Treatment for phimosis is required if it is severe and hampering with your sexual activity and creating urinary problems
Circumcisions is treatment for phimosis
