Unable to reach orgasm.
In the last month even after fir sessions of sex i was unable to reach thr orgasm , there was a slight feeling byt the intense feeling was absent so i would like to know if this is curable and if yes then how?

I suggest you some tips It will help you
1.you can do kegel's exercise also try the stop/start method
2 increase the amount of time spent during foreplay. Make sure the genitals are not rubbed against the other's body or on the bed as this might also lead to ejaculation
3. Use a condom preferably a thick one or extra time its easily available in market. This will reduce the sensitivity of the penis.
4 herbal medicine you can use aswdhanda 50gm+satwari 50gm mix and use 1\2sppon morning evening with milk
If these are not help then go for semen urine ,blood tests and consult with me
