Unable to sleep
My Fiancee's Mom was diagnosed with cancer almost a year ago and she underwent treatment for 6 months before she passed away. Since her diagnosis my Fiance is unable to sleep well, she rolls a lot in her sleep, most of the time is having dreams that she doens't remember. This is taking a toll on her mental health very badly making her irritable and sensitive. A while back she seemed very depressed. She is frustrated with her own behaviour at times. What can we do to improve her situation.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. She must be still in the shock of her mother's loss. Her emotional feelings relate to depression and that's causing negative dreams and disturbed sleep. She need little counseling support to handle and accept this loss. Take her to a psychology counselor in person or reach us online to assess her condition and recommend possible solutions.
