Unable to sleep properly without medicin
I've been facing a lot of issue in getting a good night's sleep. And the moment I get up, I'm afraid if I'm going to vomit with my intestines starting to churn. Whole day I feel dizzy and lazy but still unable to get a sleep.

You will need a good physical examination to rule out any physical illness and any relevant investigations. Reason for the sleeplessness has to be found out. A detailed personal history will help in knowing that. Please see a doctor or a counsellor to get to the root of this. Avoid popping pills to induce sleep.
Next Steps
Meet a doctor or counsellor in person or online.
Health Tips
Some relaxation techniques will help during going to bed.

Hi. Insomnia can be due to many reasons. It can be due to physical disorder or due to stress, anxiety, adjustment problems, depression. Physical illnesses such as hypertension, thyroid problem, chronic pain conditions, arthritis etc which have to be diagnosed by physical examination and relevant investigations. But if they are due to psychological reasons then treating them will help out insomnia. But if there are no reasons for insomnia then medicines are going to play important role.
Next Steps
