Unable to sleep restfully.
From past 3 days I am unable to fall asleep. It started from the episode of cough and cold that happened last week. Earlier i had no issues to fall asleep. I am on medication for depression i.e Prodep 10 mg. Can I take zolfresh 10 mg for few days until my sleep pattern improves?

I understand your concern. Physical ailments can also cause fluctuation in the depressive symptoms. However it is easily manageable with appropriate treatment. Some counselling sessions along with medical help also might be useful for you. Please consult your psychiatrist for dose adjustments, doing it yourself is not suggested.
