Unable to yawn completely
Since a year , I am unable to yawn completely. At first, I had B12 deficiency, and beathing became difficult. I thought that was the reason I wasn't not yawning completely. Now I feel that the yawn I do now is somewhat controlled and not completely involuntary. Few times I get involuntary yawn and they feel good. I also seem to be anxious. Can anyone please tell what is the problem ... Thank you

Consult a physician in ur area and check ur physical health. If it normal then consult psychologist online or offline. It may be due to anxiety, fear, over mental stress etc. To give u proper therapy ur case history evaluation necessary. Untill then u can do relaxation exercises, try to reduce ur anxiety by facing them properly etc.
