I think a lot and dont do anything,i know i have issues yet i dont do anything about it and im making things worse for me;
missing classes and just sitting all day alone in a room and not attending parents calls or studying; sometimes i have 2 different thoughts one constructive other destructive yet i cant do anything about it

You should consult pstychitrsit for your complaint. Psychotherapy like cognitive behavior therapy is highly effective for these thoughts. If depression (sad mood, decreased interest, disturbed sleep, disturbed appatite ) present than psychiatrist may prescribe you antidepressants.
