Unconscious
Yesterday night at around 11:45 I felt a little chest pain and was unconscious. I was fully sweated and fell down twice. I was so much unconscious that I woke after 2-3 minutes. I didn't know what happened when I got conscious.

Dear ,sir, its very difficult to comment .
But definitely u should consult doctor immediately
There are three possibility , first may be heart problem , because of that syncope ,may be because of brain problem ,may be because of sugar problem ,low suger level possibility ,u didn't mentioned your illness like bp or sugar ,many more reasons
Whichever the problem ,its a not good so need to evaluated clinically need of observation ,so consult doctor

Kindly visit the nearest ER at the earliest to get evaluated and undergo further investigations such as ECG, ECHO, CT/MRI at the earliest. The symptoms you mentioned are considered as danger signs and you must visit the ER at the earliest.
