Sir I am Diabetic since last 10 years, now I am using Tab Janumet 50:1g, glimi 2mg and novamix insulin 15U BD. FBS 180-210, PBS 250 please advice

You need to increase and adjust your doses of insulin doses. If you need help in adjusting you must consult in person. Sugars can be controlled with minor changes in your treatment.
