I need to connect with doctor Pallavi R Hegde Ayurveda Bangalore. When I called Practo I was told that I can do consult her online through WhatsApp but I don’t see any option to post my query under Consult Q&A after reaching her profile page through search doctor

Yes if you want to chat or consult or talk to a particular doctor you will have to pay the specified fee to the practo then you can consult him/her.
