Depression is usually triggered by some event and your case need to be evaluated properly with full history.
You should talk out and try to connect with someone close to you or may be a counsellor
Do meditation do regular exercises and yoga. It would help you feel better.
Try to look at positive aspects of your life and appreciate them. Look upto others related to you, who love you.
Take regular meals and never skip them
You should also go to a homoeopath as he would evaluate your full case and would give you appropriate medicine because you need it and you would feel better without any side effects

I can empathize with you...Stress and isolation have become the leading precursors of DEPRESSION....talk to someone close about it, exercise, have regular meals. And. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...it will help for sure...ok
