Dear patient according to yr hearing test report it is not clear what ear problem u have because u have not mentioned yr symptoms. If u have history of ear discharge and clinically there is hole in yr ear drum for long term then definitely u need ear surgery like tympanoplasty.conductive hearing loss means u have hearing problem from outer ear to middle ear due to any reasons that yr concerned ENT surgeon has to determine.
Next Steps
consult yr ENT specialist.
Health Tips
avoid water exposure to that ear.
