Yes bilateral cryptorchidism can cause fertility issues, you need to have orchiopexy bilaterally. Laparoscopic orchiopexy would be ideal as it involves minimal dissection and post operative recovery is faster. Check serum. FSH and semen analysis prior to the surgery to know about your current fertility status.
