Uneasiness with chest congestion sudden
I used to feel Uneasiness with chest congestion sudden, It normally start from the abdomen and its goes up to the chest, And I am not sure if this is an Panic attack or a problem with my heart. I have checkup many time with ECO and ECG, And I am into BP table Medication. During my uneasiness moment i check my BP but its normal... So i am not sure what is the exactly cause of my health problem. Please help

It may be panic attack or may be due to side effect of BP medicine. another possibility is formation of gas in Stomach. so please request your doctor to switch to another class of BP medicine . if this does not help then you should try some Ayurveda medicine. there are certain Ayurveda herbs which must help in these conditions. Do some Yoga + pranayam.
