Uneasy, heavy heart whenever arguments
I feel uneasy, heavy heart when ever have arguments,talk louder,I taking BP tablet Telma 40 everyday as have BP 80- 140 these days,why having such issues please advise to get relief at earliest

Because it stresses your body and your BP momentarily shoots up. Or it may be a panic attack.
Basically your body is telling you to not get into arguments and not to talk loudly.
For ruling out panic attack please consult psychiatrist online or in person.
