Uneven skin tone

I have a very uneven skin tone. Also I think I have tanned a lot in my face and body even after using sunscreen religiously. I don't want to get all fair which i know is not possible, but atleast even out my skin tone. Please suggest some good dermatologist in Bangalore. Thanks in advance.
