I have uneven skin tone on my face and all the areas that are being exposed in general like face, hands ,feet comparatively to my rest of the body which is in fair in color.mpstly , my PERI ORAL area is hyperpigmented. I want to balance out the skin tone and get a lighter tone as well .I want to get chemical peel and laser done.how safe it is? S/E?
