My tooth became uneven after removing braces ...should they become straight and in shape again without braces by using plate or alingners

After completion of ortho treatment, retentive plates has been given but I think you forgot that. That's why you are facing this problem.
Now again consult your orthodontist

U have to visit ur orthodontist again may be u have forgotten to wear retention plate after treatment.
