Unexplained pain with dual personality
Dovtor, one of my relative has started a complaint of severe abdominal pain her tests like USGand CT have revealed no anomaly.
Pain doesn't relieve on painkillers and she needs to be sedated during acute attacks.
She has also behaving absurdly
Sometimes she is normal and then suddenly stars screaming like she has some ghost on her.
Plz help

Brain EEG and MRI brain also needed to rule out any possibility of epilepsy. Some time it happens in mixed dissociative disorder . underlying cause is not in abdomen but stress itself. She needs to be listened carefully and patiently to rule out any possibility of emotional trauma. So discuss with a neuropsychiatrist.
