The pain may have arised initially due to undue stress on her vertebral column( back bone) especially in the low back area causing irritation of the nerves entering the leg. In addition she might have had some ankle strain. The gastric symptoms may be due to the food she habitually consumes. The blood investigations suggest some inflammatory and allergic reactions.
Next Steps
Make sure she does'nt carry a heavy school bag or any other weight of that sort. Get her soft, cushioned footwear with good MEDIAL ARCH SUPPORT. Take her for a relaxed walk in the morning sunlight for ten minutes between 7 to 7;30 am.
