Unpredictable mood swings
Recently I've been through lot of stress due to my exams and my situation wd frnds and family now I've started observing myself getting angry for nothing i get sudden rage over stupid matters and then i just start crying like a child I get sudden mood chnges which are totally unpredictable i ws never like this before my friends have told me my tone of talking has become rude and aggressive and i go like happy to deppresed in seconds even sometimes i feel i should attempt suicide why is this happening to me.? help.please!

You must be really going through a lot of stress. Sometimes random things appear to cross our mind. But more often than not, there is a reason behind the turmoil.
