Unprotected sex and contraception.?

I'm worried, please​ help. I was supposed to get my periods on 13th of this month but it got delayed for so long. Today is 20th and I still haven't gotten my menses yet and that's frightening. So On 16th of this month I participated in an unprotected sex with my boyfriend. He wasn't completely inside me and he pulled out before ejaculating but he was suspicious that he might have ejaculated. When he pulled out the ejaculation spread on his fingers , later he washed them with water and was fingering inside me. As we were suspicious and don't wanted to take any risk I took ECP (CLEAR72) On 17th I.e 20 hrs later. Is there any chance that I might get pregnant.?? What are the odds of me getting conceived having PCOS and thyroid (both at initial stages). ?? Thanks in advance.
