Sir yesterday night I had unprotected sex with a girl and also ejaculated inside her. Now I am a little worried want to know what can I do now? Assuming the worst case that girl was HIV Positive, what are the chances of transmission during a single act of sex? And can I do something now? Is there any medication that I can look up for because it has only been 12 hrs till now.

Got ur pain n concern though it's unfortunate but blunder has happened. Now u need to screen by blood Investigattiobs n follow up accordingly.
Usually single soft n gentle peno-vaginal activity don't escalate risk but there are window phase n incubation period of every infection
