If girl missed her regular period date and pregnancy test show positive result.
She never get regular period till delivery.
But if she had spotting or bleeding after confirmation of pregnancy than its abnormal bleeding.

Obviously she can be pregnant ,if there s a history of unprotected sexual intercourse otherwise other causes like thyroid disorders ,ovarian cysts , hormonal imbalance etc needs to be ruled out as well.
Kindly get an ultrasound done to know
