Recently I had unprotected anal sex with my partner and I ejeculate inside and after that I got my partner tested for hiv 1 and 2 antibody and it came non reactive is that mean there is no problem with the person in past or present and I am also safe can I get hiv Infection

HIV test should be done once instantly, and once after 6 months, since HIV result can come out to be positive till 6 months after exposure. For the most part, it appears that you are in the clear. However, get the test repeated after 6 months to be sure. Also, I recommend you use condoms for sexual intercourse in the future.
