Unstable knee.
My mri report says that I have a "full thickness acl tear of 9mm" does it requires a surgery?? I am not able to bear my body load. My knee buckles as I try to walk. It's been 15 days and swelling is still there. No medication till date

If you are a sports person and want to continue your playing activities, yes go for surgery. If not, go for Physiotherapy.
