Unsual Abdominal cramps
Once I get sexually self aroused, my vagina contracts. Once it stops, I experience hard pain in my lower abdomen and i experience cramps which can last for days. I can feel pain in my joints, my lower back and kidneys. I feel burn during urination. Nowadays, my period is very painful. Is that a kind of masturbation?what is the solution?

No. It’s unrelated to masturbation. You seem to be suffering from urine infection. Get a urine routine done. See a gynaecologist with report. In the meantime, drink 3 lit water everyday.
